020 - 024 | Your Hyperscale device is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network. | - Move your hyperscale device closer to your router - Reboot your Hyperscale device - If you have installed a new router or have changed your Wi-Fi network name, follow the device setup process again using your Hyperscale app on your mobile |
030 - 031 | Your Hyperscale device is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network. | - Reboot your Hyperscale device - If the problem persists, re-run the setup process using the Hyperscale mobile app. |
032 | Your Hyperscale device does not have a password for the Wi-Fi network | Re-run the setup process using the Cloud Connector mobile app. |
033 | Incorrect Wi-Fi password | Re-run the setup process using the Hyperscale mobile app and check if the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly. |
034 | Unsupported Wi-Fi encryption type | Ensure your router is set to one of the supported Wi-Fi encryption types: WPA, WPA2 or unencrypted (not recommended). |
040 | Your Hyperscale device is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, but there is a problem connecting to the Internet. | - Please check your Internet connection. - Please ensure that your router firewall configuration is not blocking your Hyperscale device. - Hyperscale does not support Wi-Fi networks with login web pages (captive portals). |
041 | Your Hyperscale device is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, but the router did not provide DHCP information. | Please check that your router is set up to provide DHCP information to your Hyperscale device. |
