Multi-User profile
The Multi-user profile (MUP) sheet captures the key metrics and charts to understand the usage of this feature.
Filters for device group (Main, Companion, both), device type (specific type of device) and session type are provided to refresh the numbers and charts across the dashboard. Default selections for filters will always be Both Device Groups and all Session.
By default, date selection is for rolling 35 days. You can select your start and end date to review Feature performance.
Key headline Metrics
The key metrics capture 3 facets – Household Reach and viewing minutes on default profile, non-default profile and Kids profile for the selected time period.
Main Chart
This chart shows both the number of households creating a new profile on a given date and the number of new profiles being created.
Booking
The Booking sheet captures the key metrics and charts to understand the usage of this feature. In this sheet, the filter of booked versus viewing is really valuable to show the contrast between what is the content that user’s book but don’t view and what is the content that they both book and view. Another valuable filter here is to see how content genre’s impact the usage of booking and viewing booked content.

Main Charts
The 2 charts show the use of the booking feature by household reach and the most popular content between their booked and viewing metrics. Genre analysis Typically booking type behaviour tend to index heavily in certain genres. Hence there are a few different ways to perform genre-level analysis in this sheet. Please use the feature filter to switch from booking to viewing and see the impact this has on the genres.

The tables in the Booking tab focus on both the assets that have either been booked/viewing or the genres for this.
