Tenant provisioning is the first step in onboarding to Synamedia Go and establishes a secure, isolated environment for operating a streaming service.
Each customer is provisioned a dedicated Synamedia Go tenant within the multi-tenant SaaS platform.
All deployments start with Go-Core, the core platform tier required for service operation.
Additional product tiers (such as Go-Plus, Go-Smart, or Go-Shorts) may be enabled based on contractual agreement.
Once provisioned, customers are granted access to OpsHub, the central operational console for platform configuration.
Experience Manager is available through OpsHub for configuring user experience, navigation, and content discovery.
User access to the platform is controlled through role-based access permissions.
Platform hosting, scaling, maintenance, and upgrades are fully managed by Synamedia.
This provisioning model allows customers to focus on service configuration and operations, while Synamedia manages the underlying platform infrastructure.
