The Senza platform runs a web browser on a power virtual machine in the cloud. It runs the latest version of Chromium, similar to the same Chrome browser that you run on your computer.
The user interface is then encoded as a video signal and streamed down to the cloud connector device. The browser moves into background mode when the viewer is watching fullscreen video, so you only pay for the compute resources when you actually need them.
