Feature details sheet is newly introduced in Clarissa to provide in-depth feature analytics for various features.
Booking otherwise called recording is when a subscriber performs the act of booking to record a content that is currently playing or is scheduled for future, on their devices. The devices include both main and companion as booking can be performed on all the devices.
To access Booking feature, go to the Feature Detail tab in the App Insights, select Booking from the “Feature” dropdown menu. Currently this drop-down menu has only Booking, there will be other features, like 3rd party app analytics, Downloads, search analytics, etc., added to this list.
Booking feature provides insights into the assets and the duration that is booked along with the viewing duration, which helps Clarissa users make informed decisions of the assets that need to be retained as part of booking depending on the number of households viewing a booked asset. This informs the storage strategy for booked assets for Clarissa customers.
