Third Party app Analytics feature
Third party app analytics is added to the “Feature details” sheet of the App Insights. Select “Third party app” from the “Feature Detail” dropdown.
Third party app analytics feature provides valuable insights into user behaviour, engagement and consumption patterns on the third-party apps available on the customer platform.
Clarissa offers detailed metrics to assess user engagement that includes total and average time spent (overall and on individual third-party apps) the number of households using the third-party apps with breakdown of individual apps, the source of app launches, user behaviour indicating which apps are launched on different device types, and consumption patterns on weekdays and weekends. to help understand the variations in app usage between weekends and weekdays.
Download to Go Feature
Download to Go feature is added to the “Feature details” sheet of the App Insights. Select “Download to Go” from the “Feature Detail” dropdown.
“Download to Go” feature offers insights into the download feature. This feature enables customers to identify which assets have been viewed among the downloaded ones. The insights help strategize the retention period of these assets based on viewership.
Download to Go offers a variety of metrics which provide insights into most widely downloaded and viewed assets. Insights are available at box-set and episode levels to provide added dimension for analysis. Genre level breakdown, downloaded and viewed assets across weekday and weekends provide understanding of the consumption patterns.
