In Synamedia Go, a Household represents the shared context for users accessing the service—bringing together user profiles, devices, and service access under a single account.
Household management enables operators to support multi-user environments, such as families or shared accounts, while maintaining control, personalization, and security.
Multiple user profiles Each household can include multiple profiles, enabling personalized experiences such as individual preferences and recommendations.
Device management Devices associated with a household can be viewed and managed, allowing devices to be added or removed as needed.
Subscription and access control Household-level subscriptions and service access can be viewed and managed, ensuring users can access the services they are entitled to.
Synamedia Go provides full visibility and control over household data through standard platform APIs, enabling seamless integration with customer systems such as CRM, CMS, and operational workflows.
Household information—including profiles, devices, and service access—can be retrieved and managed programmatically or surfaced through customer-facing operational tools. This flexibility allows operators to integrate Go deeply into existing environments while maintaining consistent control and governance across systems.
