As part of migrating the Clarissa dashboards to a new tool, the Clarissa product team revised the organization of information and key metrics to better align with customer usage.
The new Content Insights redesign has focused on aligning similar metrics and analysis points together.

Renamed dashboards and their purpose
Summary Sheet
This is introduced to provide an overview of the key KPI’s against reach (split by households and devices) and engagement (measuring by viewing minutes across different session types).
Reach
This captures all the metrics and charts across the Platform and Content Sheet. The focus of this sheet as the name suggests is to demonstrate the reach by households and devices on your platform across the time-period selected. This sheet will bring up the Content table on Content Insights showing the split across the session types and device types.
Trends
This sheet helps the user understand behavior across whole calendar historical months . This sheet offers the user to compare reach and content performance between historical months. Please note, historical months is limited by the aggregate data set provided in your Clarissa subscription.
Value
This sheet emphasizes the value your content delivers to you and your subscribers. In the old tool, the first section of the sheet displayed the Channel Importance graphs from the Channel sheet . We have included additional performance metrics to help you identify high and low performing channels and content.
